The Executive Committee (EC) members are elected officials from current Board of Directors undertaking duties as President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Finance Chair, Public Relations Officer, Internal Auditor, Business Manager and Tournament Coordinator.
According to ESFNA's bylaws, to run for an executive office, a candidate must serve as a Board Member for two (2) years.
With the exception of the President and Secretary, which each serve a three-year term, the rest of the officers are elected at the general board meeting to serve a two-year term. An Officer can only be elected for two terms.
The EC is in charge of implementing and executing the short and long-term strategic decisions/plans of the Board Directors, including the detailed preparation of the annual sports and cultural event that takes place every year. The EC meets regularly in person or via tele conference through-out the year to conduct the Federation's business.
Since 1984, not including the current EC Officers, ESFNA has had 7 Presidents, 3 Vice Presidents, 4 Secretaries, 7 Treasurers, 4 Internal Auditors, 4 PR Officers, 2 Business Managers, 4 Tournament Coordinators and 2 Finance Chair.
